Crews are working to find out if a traffic accident caused a power outage in Austintown and Canfield early Friday.

As of 7:30 a.m., FirstEnergy reported 870 outages around State Route 46 and Kirk Road.

Dispatchers say a crash brought down power lines at New Road and Woodland Trace in Austintown shortly before 7 a.m.

FirstEnergy expects power to be restored by 10 a.m.
