Mahoning County Public Health (MCPH) is collaborating with its partners to conduct a Community Health Assessment (CHA).

The CHA is a local health survey conducted every three years to identify the most significant health concerns for residents of Mahoning and Trumbull Counties age 18 and older.

Information collected from the assessment will help create and guide action plans to address the issues brought up by residents.
