Fairway Ford in Canfield will be hosting a pet essentials drive December 21 to benefit the Animal Charity of Ohio, noted as Mahoning County's only humane society. 

Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, individuals may take donations of pet food, toys, blankets and other items to Fairway Ford, 366 W. Main Street, Canfield to "fill [our] truck bed".

The donated items will go to supporting the Animal Charity of Ohio's work with the abused, neglected and abandoned animals of Mahoning County. 

Individuals looking to participate may also bring their pets to have a photo taken with Santa.
