Multiple fire departments were called to a fire at a pizza shop in Hubbard Sunday night.

First calls for the blaze went out just before 6 p.m. for flames and smoke at Hubbard Pizza Works in the 400 block of North Main Street.

It's unclear how the fire began but heavy smoke and flames were spotted by a 21 News employee passing by.

The Eagle Joint Fire District, Brookfield, Farrell, Hubbard Township, Liberty and Vienna Fire Departments were all on scene.

Officials say the fire likely began in the kitchen but the cause is still under investigation.

The building suffered damage but isn't a total loss.

No injuries were reported.
