Small businesses in Warren have partnered up with Permanent Beauty to create a fun and exciting way for people to engage with and support small business owners.

"Jingle Mingle" is the creation of Permanent Beauty owner Leann Oros as a way to get residents to visit and shop at small businesses.

The event spans through Elm Rd., Route 46, E. Market St., and through downtown Warren.

It takes guests down a route with businesses marked throughout on a map given at Permanent Beauty, where the route starts. Every business has a code guests can obtain for visiting.

After going to every business marked on the map and getting the codes, guests can go back to Permanent Beauty with the codes and have their names entered to win a raffle basket.

The event is intended to bring awareness to and support small businesses in the Warren area

"I want people to know small business is the biggest part of a community," said Oros.
