Breeze Airways is expanding its service offerings at Pittsburgh International Airport, increasing the frequency of its Los Angeles route and bringing back seasonal service to San Diego and other destinations.

The airline announced a revised schedule that moves up the restart of its Pittsburgh-Los Angeles (LAX) service from May 2nd to March 12th.  Previously operating twice weekly, Breeze will initially offer three flights per week before ramping up to five by early June.  Peak season will see daily service on all days except Mondays and Fridays.

Breeze began nonstop service between PIT and LAX in September 2023, after shifting operations from John Wayne Airport in Orange County.

Breeze will also resume seasonal service to San Diego starting May 2nd, another West Coast destination added last year.  The route will operate twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays.  Prior to Breeze's arrival, PIT had lacked nonstop service to San Diego for five years.  Southwest Airlines will also offer seasonal Saturday service to San Diego starting June 7th.

Tickets for the expanded service are now available for purchase on FlyBreeze.com.
