The shooting woes for the Youngstown State women's basketball game continued Friday.
The Penguins dropped their third straight road game, 70-34 to Southern Indiana in the first game at the Puerto Rico Classic.
The Penguins trailed 10-0 and 14-5 at the end of the first quarter after shooting 1-12 from the field.
They were held scoreless in the second quarter and trailed 32-5 at half. The Penguins scored 21 points in the third quarter.
They fall 4-3 overall and 0-3 on the road.
YSU plays Towson Saturday at 1:30 to close out the tournament.
