Youngstown man accused of inappropriate sexual conduct with juvenile victim in Warren

A Warren man was arrested on Tuesday following accusations of inappropriate sexual conduct involving a juvenile.

The police report does not specify the nature of the conduct but states that 21-year-old Omarion Parr was arrested in Quinby Park shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday.

The report lists numerous pieces of evidence collected at the scene including a sexual assault evidence kit, an open condom and a semi-automatic pistol along with a magazine and a live round.

The alleged victim's age is redacted in the report.

Parr is charged with one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He was arraigned on this charge on Tuesday and is due back in court November 25.
