Spooked horse breaks away from buggy, kicks car in Mesopotamia
The Patrol tells 21 News that the horse pulling the buggy got spooked after some trucks passed it on the road and broke free from its harness, flipping the buggy on its side.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a traffic accident involving a car and a buggy in northern Trumbull County.
Troopers and a rescue squad were called out to Route 534 just south of the Trumbull-Ashtabula County line shortly before 8 a.m. Wednesday.
The Patrol tells 21 News that the horse pulling the buggy got spooked after some trucks passed it on the road and broke free from its harness, flipping the buggy on its side.
The horse then kicked a car that had stopped to let the trucks pass.
Some bystanders managed to calm the horse and take it to safety.
No one was injured.
