The Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA) has announced the 12 non-profit organizations it has chosen as its 2024 Holiday Lights Honorees. 

The 2024 honorees are as follows:

- Clover Recycling

- Diva Donations

- Dylan's House

- Friends of Fido

- Limitless Dance Company

- Mahoning County Public Special Olympics

- Olivia's Grace

- Sight For All United

- United Returning Citizens

- Veterans Haven

- Yellow Brick Place

- Youngstown Lions Club

These 12 non-profits were chosen from nearly 100 nominations as being the organizations that light up the Mahoning Valley all year with their work in the community.

The organizations will be honored November 21 at the DeYor Performing Arts Center. The organizations will also gain exposure through TV ads, social media posts and signs on WRTA buses.

The public is now encouraged to selected one of the 12 honorees to be named "Non-Profit of the Year." You can vote by clicking here. Votes must be in by 5 p.m. Friday, November 15.

The winner will be announced at the November 21 event.
