Fire crews respond to Chevy dealership in North Jackson

Fire crews responded to a scene at a Chevy dealership in North Jackson responding to smoke in the area.

Fire engines from seven crews, including Austintown, Lordstown and Jackson Township, were on scene.

The blaze happened within the service garage around 6:50 p.m. Friday and the flames were contained to that area.

A 21 News crew at the scene said the fire appeared to damage cars at the dealership while firefighters were seen spraying on the roof.

At this time, the severity of the damage to the vehicles and the building itself is unclear.

No one was injured and the cause is under investigation.
