Attendees of the second annual Purse Bingo on November 8 will have the chance to win a designer purse and raise money for the mission of Clothed in Strength.

Mr. Anthony's Banquet Center at 7440 South Avenue in Boardman will open their doors for this event at 5 p.m. for VIP guests and again at 5:30 p.m. for general admission guests.

The event will feature 11 rounds of bingo, 11 rounds of a purse raffle, a Louis Vuitton raffle, live music, a pasta dinner that includes appetizers and dessert and much more. 

Clothed in Strength was founded in 2022. The mission of Clothed in Strength is to "help bridge the gap between government assistance and financial freedom for low to moderate income single mothers."

Heather Fronk, the founder of Clothed in Strength, wants to help low to moderate income single mothers who might find themselves in a position making too much to qualify for government assistance, but aren't quite making ends meet, either. This is the position that Heather found herself at 19 when she became a mother. 

In addition to this event, Clothed in Strength hosts a pop-up boutique one a month with necessities like clothes, shoes and coats gathered via donations.
