Going-out-of-business sales begin at American Freight stores in Boardman, Niles
American Freight, a national retailer of furniture, mattresses, and appliances, will be closing all of its 329 stores, including locations in Boardman and Niles.
The closings are part of a bankruptcy reorganization by parent company, Franchise Group, Inc.
The company says the decision is part of a restructuring process aimed at streamlining operations and reducing financial obligations.
The store closing sales will begin immediately, and customers will find discounts on a wide range of products, including furniture, mattresses, and appliances.
The sales will take place during regular business hours, and customers will have the opportunity to shop for deals until the stores officially close. All sales will be final.
Flexible payment plans will remain available, including options with no credit required and other low-payment financing solutions.
Since its founding in 1994, the company has grown nationwide, expanding its offerings by merging with Sears Outlet.
