Decision 2024: US Senate race in Ohio

Democratic incumbent US Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio lost his seat to Republican Bernie Moreno Tuesday night, by a margin of 53% to 47%.

Moreno won 2,515,739 votes, while Brown managed 2,275,471.

Locally, Brown had a marginal lead early on, but was soon overtaken by Moreno later in the evening.

Our county-by-county vote looked like this:

COLUMBIANA: Moreno 31,330, Brown 13,774

MAHONING: Moreno 53,259, Brown 53,025

TRUMBULL: Moreno 47,530, Brown 42,201
