Goshen Township’s 2-mill continuous property tax replacement levy for the fire department was approved Tuesday at the polls, with 989 for, 636 against the levy.

The millage is the same as the previous levy but updated for 2024 property valuations in Mahoning County.

The tax would cost property owners $70 for each $100,000 of appraised value.
