NBC: Bernie Moreno defeats Sherrod Brown, flips Senate seat
Incumbent US Senator Sherrod Brown will leave Congress in 2025 after serving for three terms.

Tuesday's night election will also determine the party that controls the Senate and the House of Representatives.
Across the US, 34 Senate seats are on the ballots, with eight races being closely watched, including in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
NBC has called the race Ohio's U.S. Senate seat for Republican Bernie Moreno.
Incumbent US Senator Sherrod Brown will leave Congress in 2025 after serving for three terms.
Bernie Moreno is a businessman from Cleveland who owns multiple car dealerships.
Brown has held office since 2007, while Moreno’s first foray into politics was in 2022 before he withdrew his name from the Republican US Senate primary that ultimately went to JD Vance.
