Authorities have filed ten new charges against a Harmony, Pennsylvania man accused of killing one woman and injuring four others after opening fire outside a Lawrence County bar.
Forty-year-old Nathan Fink now faces 27 charges, including one count of criminal homicide, 13 counts of attempted criminal homicide, and 13 counts of recklessly endangering another person.
Fink was originally charged with one count of criminal homicide, eight counts of attempted homicide, and eight counts of recklessly endangering other people following a September 7 shooting at Breakers Pub on Portersville Road in Ellport Borough outside Ellwood City.
Pennsylvania State Police say Fink was escorted off the premises of the bar after getting into a fight with bar patrons. One witness told police he told someone they "don't know what [he] could do to this place."
According to police, Fink returned a few moments later with a rifle and handgun and opened fire outside of the bar hitting vehicles and people inside. A witness told police she heard 10 to 15 shots fired followed by another set of shots fired seconds later.
Investigators found two sets of 11 shell casings from two different weapons at the scene.
Police say Fink left the bar but continued to fire the weapons from his vehicle while traveling west along Portersville Road then took off.
Crystal Wawrzynski, 37, of Ellwood City was pronounced dead at the scene. The shooting left her husband injured as well as two other people at the bar. One more victim was also found on Portersville Road with gunshot wounds to both legs.
Police later found Fink at his home on Barkley Road in Perry Township where he was arrested.
Fink, who remains in the Lawrence County Jail, is scheduled to answer the new charges before a District Magistrate on Friday.
