A Springfield Township resale store is selling new and used donated goods just in time to prepare for the holidays. 

Thrift & Thrive at the Farm is holding its Holiday Open House at 3279 East Western Reserve Road from November 7 through November 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day.

The store offers home goods, holiday items, clothing, antiques, and seasonal merchandise. Additionally, it follows a unique model that includes donating a portion of its monthly proceeds to local non-profit organizations. 

Each day of this open house features a different promotion:

  • November 7: Customers can pick out a free tin or ornament.
  • November 8: Customers can take $5 off any toy purchase. 
  • November 9: Thrift-A-Gift demonstration. Participants can learn how to take a thrifted item and create a special holiday gift. 10 a.m. to noon.

Customers will also have the chance to sample snacks as they wander throughout the store. 

"We are very excited to present our first holiday open house. Our store is packed with seasonal items, toys, clothing and home goods, and we look forward to welcoming guests to see what we have to offer. Come thrift so all can thrive," said Jody Cercone, store operator.
