La-Z Boy's Howland location will soon be closing its doors for good.

An employee of La-Z-Boy on Niles Cortland Road SE in Howland has confirmed with 21 News that they will be permanently closing their doors on November 24.

The reason for the closure is the lease agreement will run out on the closing date.

In its final days, the store will be holding a store closing sale with signs outside of the building stating that "everything must go."

The La-Z-Boy location in Boardman is set to remain open, so residents of the Mahoning Valley can still shop there after the Howland location has closed.
