ODOT: Ramp from Route 46 to 82 westbound closed Friday
The Ohio Department of Transportation is providing an update on the ongoing State Routes 46 & 82 Diverging Diamond Interchange construction project in Howland Township.
The Ohio Department of Transportation is providing an update on the ongoing State Routes 46 and 82 Diverging Diamond Interchange construction project in Howland Township.
On Friday, October 25, the westbound ramp from SR 46 to SR 82 will be closed between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. During this closure, motorists can use East Market Street to SR 82 westbound as a detour.
Other ongoing restrictions and closures related to the project include:
- SR 46 between Market Street and US 422: Various lane restrictions are in place.
- SR 82 between Elm Road and Howland Wilson Road: Various lane restrictions are in place.
- The ramp from East Market Street to SR 82: Closed through November 2024. Detour: East Market Street to SR 46 to SR 82.
- The ramp from SR 82 eastbound to SR 46 northbound: Closed through late spring 2025. Detour: SR 82 east to SR 193 to SR 82 west to SR 46.
- The ramp from SR 46 south to SR 82 east: Closed through late spring 2025. Detour: SR 82 west to Elm Road to SR 82 east.
The estimated completion date for the SR 46 & 82 Diverging Diamond Interchange construction project is fall 2026.
