Police presence reported in New Castle Friday evening

There was a heavy police presence in the City of New Castle Friday evening.

Crime scene tape was placed near a wooded area in the roadway. 

At this time, it is unclear what exactly led to the police presence, but 21 News has reached out to police to learn more and we're waiting to hear back.
