The Youngstown Police Department has arrested a suspect in the death of 24-year-old Reynaldo Hernandez, whose body was found near Mt. Hope cemetery on October 18 on the city's East Side.

The US Marshals have arrested and charged 40-year-old Andre Bailey on a warrant for murder.

Bailey is expected to be arraigned Friday in Youngstown Municipal Court.

YPD says the matter is still under active investigation, and further charges could be forthcoming.

The Youngstown Police found a body with bullet wounds at Wardle Avenue and Liberty Street near the Mount Hope Veterans Memorial Park on Youngstown's East Side on October 18.

The Mahoning County Coroner's Office identified the body as Hernandez. According to the Coroner's Office, Hernandez was the victim of a shooting somewhere in Youngstown.

It is unknown where and when the shooting occurred. 

This is the second body found at this location in recent months. On August 19, a body was also found in the same location.
