Warren man accused of showing porn to underage family member waives preliminary hearing
A Warren man who is facing charges in Pennsylvania after police say he provided an underage girl with alcohol and showed her pornography has waived his rights to a preliminary hearing.
According to a criminal complaint, the incident occurred in August of 2024 at a hotel in McKean County, Pennsylvania, which is just over two hours away from Mercer County.
Police say 48-year-old David Noll was showing his 14-year-old family member sexually explicit material on his cell phone.
The case will now move onto the Court of Common Pleas. No court date has been set yet.
Police spoke with the underage family member who told officers Noll showed her two videos of an adult woman performing a sexual act on herself.
Officers seized Noll's phone for their investigation and searched its contents after obtaining a warrant. They found the videos the girl had described.
Noll is charged with one count of disseminating sexual material to a minor (F3), corruption of minors (M1), selling/furnishing liquor to a minor (M3), Unlawful contact with a minor (F3) and endangering the welfare of children (F3).
Noll was arraigned on these charges on October 10.
