Greenwood Chevrolet has launched its “2500 or $25,000 Challenge,” a food drive aimed at collecting non-perishable food items for the Second Harvest Food Bank of Mahoning Valley. The campaign will run from now until November 15th.

The challenge will feature a friendly competition between Greenwood’s Sales, Service, and Collision Departments. Customers are encouraged to bring their own donations to help their favorite department earn the victory.

The donated items will be added to the beds of three pickup trucks on display in each respective department. Once the trucks are filled, Greenwood will make an additional $25,000 donation to go along with the food items.

Customers interested in participating can make their donations in person at the Greenwood Chevrolet dealership located at 4695 Mahoning Avenue in Austintown during regular business hours.

The donation drive will conclude on November 15th, in time for Second Harvest to utilize the money and items for their Thanksgiving initiatives.
