Mahoning County Grand Jury indicts man on aggravated murder, murder charges

R'Trell Miller has been indicted by a Mahoning County Grand Jury on aggravated murder, two counts of murder, and felonious assault Thursday.

The indictment stems from an October 5 incident in which 76-year-old James Mszanski sustained a deadly beating in Campbell.

The incident occurred near the corner of Walter and Main Street.

Miller was arraigned on charges and held on a $500,000 bond.
