Folks living in Columbiana County are being asked to take part in a survey about their health.

Specifically, the survey would help officials pinpoint needs in health services or barriers in accessing health care, according to a news release from the county.

All county residents over the age of 18 are being asked to share their opinions via online or through the mail.

The 15 minute survey is anonymous and will be used to help officials prioritize unmet needs and make plans for the future.

Those interested can participate by clicking here.

It can also be available through several participating organizations like Akron Children's Hospital, Columbiana Community Action Agency and Columbiana County Educational Service Center.
