Supermarket packaging distribution center expected to open in Austintown

A distribution center for packaging for supermarkets is expected to open in Austintown soon.

RediBagUSA CEO Jeffrey Rodea tells 21 News a new supply center to distribute products such as reusable bags, as well as deli and bakery items to supermarkets is set to open at the former General Electric building in Austintown next month.

The building is located on North Meridian Road in Austintown.

Details are limited at this time, but Rodea tells us this is expected to create 15 new jobs for the township.
