A Harmony, Pennsylvania man is behind bars without bond on 17 charges after police say he killed one woman and injured four others after opening fire outside a Lawrence County bar.

The incident happened Saturday morning at approximately 2:30 at Breakers Pub on Portersville Road in Ellport Borough outside Ellwood City.

Pennsylvania State Police say 40-year-old Nathan Fink of Harmony was escorted off the premises of the bar after getting in a fight with bar patrons. One witness told police he told someone they "don't know what [he] could do to this place."

He left and returned a few moments later with a rifle and handgun.  Fink opened fire on the outside of the bar hitting vehicles and people inside. A witness told police she heard 10 to 15 shots fired followed by another set of shots fired seconds later.

Police found two sets of 11 shell casings from two different weapons at the scene.

After firing the guns at the bar, Fink left and and continued to fire the weapons from his vehicle while traveling west along Portersville Road then took off.

Police say 37-year-old Crystal Wawrzynski of Ellwood City was pronounced dead at the scene.  The shooting left her husband injured as well as three other people.

One more victim was also found on Portersville Road with gunshot wounds to both legs.

Police later found Fink at his home on Barkley Road in Perry Township and arrested him around 2:15 PM on Saturday.

Fink was arraigned Sunday on one count of criminal homicide, eight counts of attempted homicide, and eight counts of recklessly endangering other people.

Another court hearing is scheduled for next week.
