Family evacuated after house fire on Youngstown's South Side

 A family made it out safely after a fire broke out at their home in Youngstown early Wednesday morning.

The fire started at around 3:45 a.m. at the home on Roxbury Avenue on the city's south side.

The Youngstown Fire Department told 21 News Crews on scene that everyone made it out safely, and that they also rescued the family's puppy from the home.

YFD says the cause of the fire is currently unknown and under investigation.
