A distillery specializing in what it calls “Pennsylvania Moonshine” is getting ready to open its newest location at the Grove City Premium Outlets in Mercer County.

The Outlet will be the sixth store for Chicken Hill Distillery which in addition to making brandy, rum, and bourbon, also has dozens of moonshine flavors including Sugar Maple, Peanut Butter Cup, Orange Creamsicle, Pumpkin Spice, and even something they call Edible Undies Moonshine.

Chicken Hill has been distilling corn whiskey products since 2017, setting up shop in Elk County, Pennsylvania.  No specific opening date has been set for the Grove City location.

According to Prime Outlets marketing director Michele R. Czerwinski, Chicken is just one of ten new stores opening this year as the shopping destination celebrates its 30th anniversary.

New attractions include Rally House, Wendell August Forge, Mr. Bookman, Skillz Palace Skilled Games, Kitchen Gadgets & Toys, Fudgie Wudgie, Yinzers in The Grove, Parker’s Parlor, and Hype.

The anniversary celebration includes sales over Labor Day weekend, August 30-September 2. On Saturday, August 31 at 11 am, they will distribute goodie bags to the first 300 shoppers along with champagne and shopping-themed cookies.
