Beaver Township Police Chief Eric Dattilo tells 21 News he’s working with a prosecutor and zoning officials to do something to put a stop to prostitution allegedly taking place at a Market Street business following the latest arrest there.

Fifty-three-year-old Aixin Chen of Fairfax, Virginia was arrested Friday at the Healthy Massage spa on felony charges of promoting prostitution and possessing criminal tools, and a misdemeanor count of soliciting.

The arrest comes just nine days after that business, and others in the Valley were raided following investigations by local police and the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.

Chief Dattilo says the business located in a Market Street strip mall has operated under various names over the years and has been raided by police four times since 2021.

Chen, who remained jailed Tuesday on a $200,000 bond, is scheduled to answer the charges in county court in Canfield on Tuesday afternoon.
