The company that operates Youngstown's International Towers says residents will be moving back into their apartments as early as Wednesday, August 21.

A statement from Millenia Companies says residents have been assigned times to move back in based on where they are staying and will be provided with moving support and transportation based on their needs.

All residents are expected to return home no later than next week and will receive a "welcome home" basket upon returning.

This will put an end to the over two-month-long period where residents of International Towers were displaced from their homes after being ordered to evacuate due to the May 28 explosion at the neighboring Realty Building.

Wednesday marks the reopening of International Towers and the reopening of the DoubleTree Hotel, which was temporarily closed following the deadly May 28 explosion at the nearby Realty Building.

The Bistro 1907 restaurant on DoubleTree's property will take a little longer to reopen, and when it does, it will be under a different name.

According to a post on Bistro 1907's Facebook page, the restaurant will be renamed "Case di Canzonetta," and is expected to open September 30.
