Rogers man accused of harassing juveniles at park with guns, sword
A warrant has been issued for a Rogers man accused of harassing juveniles at a park with guns and a sword.
According to a report from the Columbiana County Sheriff's Office, police were informed of the incident Saturday, July 27 just before 9:00 p.m.
Deputies say the suspect, identified as Narayana Cieslak had two guns, as well as a sword on him and was harassing juveniles in a park.
When deputies got to the scene, they found Cieslak walking in the middle of the road on SR-7 from SR-154.
Deputies say when they tried to speak with Cieslak, he ran up an embankment and ran straight into his home. Deputies say they continuously attempted to speak with him, but he refused to come to the door.
A warrant has been issued for Cieslak on a charge of obstructing official business. Court records also show open cases against him with charges of aggravated menacing and disorderly conduct.
