The Springfield Branch of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) will be closed on Thursday, July 24..

Aqua Ohio is doing work in the area and is expecting water service interruptions that are expected to happen, according to the PLYMC.

The closure is only expected to be for one day.
