Another Realty Tower tenant accuses workers of stealing her belongings following Watchdog Report
Another former tenant at Realty Tower, which is currently being demolished is accusing the construction workers demolishing the building of stealing some of her belongings.
According to a police report, the former tenant spoke with an officer in the lobby of the Youngstown Police Department and told the officer that she suspects several of her belongings to have been stolen by the workers.
The woman told police she had left items behind, but did not go into specifics as to what these items were.
21 News recently aired a Watchdog Report, which highlighted the concerns of items potentially being stolen from the building. One complainant told police when the Youngstown Fire Department went to retrieve his belongings, his gun was missing and the case was already open.
Another call log from the following day mentioned someone seeing flashlights moving around inside the building and five to six people dressed like construction workers getting into a truck and leaving.
21 News has obtained photos of people dressed like construction workers taking suitcases, flat screen televisions, toilet paper and more from the building.

As of Friday, police were not looking into any of these alleged thefts since no police reports were filed at the time. 21 News is working to learn if that has changed now that a report is on file.
