Allegheny Health Network's Grove City Hospital hosted its very first healthy food pop-up pantry giveaway on Friday.

The giveaway consisted of healthy foods from almost every food group, as well as recipes, cooking utensils and a dietician to take guests' questions.

If you missed out on Friday's giveaway, or you're in the mood for a second helping, more pop-up giveaways will be held the second Friday of every month through the end of the year at Grove City Hospital.

Anyone is eligible for the event, so those who feel they are in need are encouraged to stop by.

"If you need the food for yourself or your family, there's really no income guidelines, so if you want to come through and you need assistance, you can do that, said Allegheny Health Network Healthy Food Center Program Manager Colleen Ereditario.
