Farrell man pleads guilty to trafficking cocaine near public housing
33-year-old Cleo Johnson pled guilty to possessing with the intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of public housing back in October of 2021.

A Farrell man has pled guilty in a federal court on Thursday to trafficking cocaine within 1,000 feet of a public housing location.
According to a press release, 33-year-old Cleo Johnson pled guilty to possessing with the intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of public housing back in October of 2021.
The Mercer County Drug Task Force, Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, FBI and ATF all conducted the investigation that led to Johnson's prosecution.
Johnson could face between one year to 40 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $2 million for his crimes. The sentence imposed would be based on the seriousness of the offense and Johnson's prior criminal history.
Johnson is scheduled to be sentenced November 5.
