Marshals named 31-year-old Jose Fragosa, who is wanted by the Youngstown Police Department on charges of Strangulation, Felonious Assault and Domestic Violence at Fugitive of the Week.
Fragosa is described as a Black male standing at approximately 5'10'' tall and weighing about 175 pounds. He is known to frequent the Youngstown and Cleveland areas.
