If you're planning on camping at the Trumbull County Fair, a new camping area is opening this week.

The new spots are near the horse barns along the Durst Clagg Road Fence and are available for $200.

Starting at 9 a.m. Tuesday, existing campers can go to the fair office if they want to move to the new spots.

The spots in the new area are larger and have a hard-packed road grindings base instead of grass.

The relocation process will open to anyone who wants to relocate within the original campgrounds at 9 a.m. Wednesday. If there are spots left near the horse barns, they'll also be available.

If you are on the camping waitlist as of June 20, you can purchase any open campsites starting Thursday. After Thursday, sites will open to the general public.

All spots are first come first serve.
