A few Youngstown residents are without power early Wednesday morning following a single-car crash.

The crash happened shortly after 4:00 a.m. on Neilson Avenue when a car crashed into a utility pole, which cut power for those in the area.

Ohio Edison responded to the scene and crews say power should be restored soon. FirstEnergy's outage map shows less than 20 people in Youngstown impacted by a power outage at this time.

Police say the driver of the vehicle initially left the scene, but came back to speak with officers. No one was hurt.
