A man who leases commercial property in Poland has been acquitted of a charge filed after a tenant accused him of fondling her. 

A woman told Poland Village Police in 2022 that while she and Zdrilich were discussing work that needed to be done on the property she leased from him, Zdrilich put both arms around her and squeezed her buttocks.

Zdrilich apologized, saying it was a mistake and that his hand had slipped, according to a police report.

Following a trial in Struthers Municipal Court on Monday, a jury found Joseph L. Zdrilich not guilty of sexual imposition.
