Suspect in Warren Rally's shooting surrenders to Police
A Howland Township woman wanted for allegedly shooting another woman at a Warren restaurant has turned herself into police.

A Howland Township woman wanted for allegedly shooting another woman at a Warren restaurant has turned herself into police.
Elexis Craig, who’ll turn 35 later this month, surrendered to authorities early Tuesday.
Craig is charged with felonious assault in connection with the wounding of a 38-year-old Warren woman at the Rally’s on South Street SE following a fight on the afternoon of May 24.
Warren Police tell 21 News the victim was shot in the stomach.
A 911 caller told dispatchers that two shots were fired, and the victim got back up after she was shot.
Craig, who is charged with felonious assault, will be arraigned from the Trumbull County jail on Wednesday.
