St. Vincent De Paul Society to host grand opening event at new thrift store in Boardman
The new thrift store, located across the street from the Southern Park Mall near where Jo Ann Fabrics used to be in the Boardman Center Plaza will be hosting a grand opening event Tuesday, June 4 from 10:00 a.m. until noon.
Earlier this year, we told you about a new St. Vincent Depaul thift store coming to Boardman. Now, that store is getting ready to open its doors.
The new thrift store, located across the street from the Southern Park Mall near where Jo Ann Fabrics used to be in the Boardman Center Plaza will be hosting a grand opening event Tuesday, June 4 from 10:00 a.m. until noon.
Bishop David Bonnar, along with members of Saint Vincent De Paul's Board of Directors will be in attendance at this event.
Society Executive Director Michael Stepp previously told 21 News this location would be much bigger than its previous location and would offer a much wider selection of products.
