Real estate investors pay $6.3M for Warren's Jamestown Village Plaza

A shopping destination in the northwestern corner of Warren has a new owner.
According to the Trumbull County Auditor’s online records, Jamestown Village Plaza has been purchased by FI Real Estate Fund Two for $6.3 million.
FI Real Estate is a privately held fund focused on investing in commercial real estate, primarily in the Eastern U.S. including medical office, retail and industrial properties, and others.
With a Giant Eagle at one end and a Pizza Hut at the other, Jamestown Village Plaza also houses a café, a mobile phone store, a rental business, and a state license bureau on the 2600 block of Mahoning Avenue.
