As the prosecution waits for the three suspects in the murder of a four-year-old Struthers boy to be sentenced, another suspect involved with the case has pled guilty.

According to court employees, 46-year-old Lashawn Scott pled guilty to a charge of tampering with evidence stemming from her trying to hide evidence pertaining to the case. She's scheduled to be sentenced May 23 at 9:30 a.m.

Mahoning County Prosecutor Gina DeGenova confirmed with 21 News that Scott is the mother of Kimonie Bryant. One of three suspects charged with aggravated murder in the case.

Sentencing was delayed for Bryant, as well as co-defendants Andre McCoy and Brandon Crump due to a motion filed by the prosecution accusing Bryant of lying during his plea deal.

Currently, sentencing for Crump is scheduled for June 26 and sentencing for McCoy is set for July 10.

As for Bryant, he's due back in court for a hearing on July 2.
