Sentencing is scheduled in June for an Austintown man who authorities say had child pornography and shared someone's private sexual images.

Thirty-four-year-old Matthew Gingrich pleaded guilty on Thursday and could face a five-year prison sentence.

According to an indictment, Gingrich possessed material showing children engaged in sexual activity as well as nude children.

Austintown Police received a tip from the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force that someone at Gingrich's Bexley Drive address had uploaded child pornography.

The indictment also alleged that Gingrich circulated private sexual images of someone and identified the victim without that person's consent.
