Small businesses in Youngstown have a chance to get a bit of help from the city to help them grow. 

The new Small Businesses Boost Grant offers financial assistance to eligible small businesses within Youngstown city limits. 

The funding will help local ventures overcome challenges, expand operations and achieve their full potential. 

The program will be managed by the Intentional Development Group with funds provided by the city. 

Beyond financial support, the program emphasizes long-term sustainability for participating businesses. The program helps provides valuable
tools and resources to build business acumen and ensure future success.

Interested small businesses owners are encouraged to attend a virtual information session on Thursday, May 2nd at 12 p.m. The application period runs May 1st to May 31st.
