Man sentenced to 15 years to life in prison for Youngstown double murder
24-year-old Mikese Stevens was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of murder.
The man involved in the murder of two people in Youngstown learned his fate in court on Thursday.
Mahoning County Assistant Prosecutor Patrick Kiraly tells 21 News 24-year-old Mikese Stevens was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of murder.
Kiraly says thanks to a plea deal, the sentence of 30 years to life in prison was cut in half to 15 years.
The charges stem from the double murder of 41-year-old Kimberly Kalasky and 51-year-old Joseph Sanders on Cherry Hill Drive in Youngstown back in December of 2022.
