State Troopers are investigating if road conditions caused a pickup truck to roll onto its roof in Columbiana County.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol and a rescue squad were called out before 5:30 a.m. Tuesday to Clarkson Road in Elkrun Township where the truck veered off onto an embankment just east of Route 7.
They found the truck. However, the driver was nowhere to be seen.
The patrol located the driver later, who was not seriously injured.
Slippery roads were reported at the time with Route 7 being described as “a sheet of ice”.
