A man who is suspected of being an accomplice in the murder of a man in Lisbon back in 2023 is suspected to enter a plea on Wednesday.

According to court records, a plea hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, March 13 for 43-year-old Christopher Mills, who is charged with complicity to aggravated murder and obstruction of justice in the murder of Rusty Steele back in March of 2023.

Lisbon police believe Mills to be the person who drove Michael Blower to the scene of the crime where Blower murdered Steele. Police say Mills did not immediately report the crime to police and also allegedly lied to police about certain aspects of the case.

Blower pled guilty to the murder in January and is scheduled to be sentenced in court March 22.

Meanwhile, Mills is expected to plead in the case on March 13 at 10:30 a.m.
